When you fill out the contact form on this website, I collect: • Your name • Your phone number (WhatsApp / mobile) • A brief message about your project (optional) I do not collect cookies, tracking pixels, or any data beyond what you voluntarily submit. If you enable analytics in the future (GA4 or Microsoft Clarity), this policy will be updated.
3. How I use your data
Your data is used solely to: • Respond to your project enquiry via WhatsApp or phone • Assess whether I can help your business I do not sell, share, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Data storage
Your form submission is stored in a secure Supabase database (hosted in the United States). Supabase is GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. Only I (Harshit Gupta) have access to this data.
5. How long I keep your data
I retain your contact details for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. If we enter into a project agreement, I may retain relevant correspondence for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes.
6. Your rights (India DPDP Act 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: • Access the personal data I hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Request erasure of your data • Withdraw consent at any time To exercise any of these rights, email me at hello@harshitgupta.dev with subject line "Data Request". I will respond within 7 working days.

8. Security
I take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted database connections (TLS 1.3), Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, and server-side validation on all form inputs. No system is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

I may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
